VillaFens is a comfortable Bed & Breakfast for up to 10 persons in the rural area of the Teutoburger Wald..
It offers you on the first floor 3 non-smoking guestrooms each with a doublebed, Tv with radio, a cosy sitting area and your own bathroom.
The Studio Ibbenbüren also has a settee-bed for 2 persons.
An extra bed or a child´s bedstead can be placed in the rooms at your request.
Downstairs is the breakfast- and sittingroom 22 m2 with a coffee-and teakitchen with lavatory, microwave and a refridgerator. Dishes, cutlery and glasses are pesent.
VillaFens is situated near the Unesco Nature- and Geopark TERRA.vita.
The terrace and the garden offers you a splendid wide view over the hills.
The next restaurant is 5 min. walking away; more restaurants in approx. 5 minutes by car.
The surroundings are specially fit for people who like to walk and to bike in a mountainous landscape.
Interesting cities are reachable by bus (approx.400 m.) Ibbenbüren, Osnabrück, Munster and Bremen by train. The old city of Tecklenburg is 15 minutes by car.

Routing: The way to VillaFens:
The highway A30 from Ibbenbüren to Melle, detraction Laggenbeck, first at the left to the center of Laggenbeck, look for the Icecreamshop in the Mettingerstrasse, drive immediately in the street next to the Icecreamshop, the Permerstrasse. Approx. 2,6 km further at the left into the Bloomenkamp. At the end of the Bloomenkamp at the right (be careful!) into the Schafberg L501: After approx. 200 m. at the left is the Villa Fens nr.51 behind a little forest.
